We’ve made a commitment to giving back and to working with organizations that aspire to make change. We engage with our community partners in order to use our talents and expertise to build ethical value from print, website design and even communications consultation.

Our community priorities are children and youth, volunteerism, network building and arts and culture. We don’t just give our time, expertise and skills; we also donate our passion and commitment toward the greater good. Our founder, Rob Clark, holds a deep commitment to the communities of Newmarket and Aurora and is involved with many culture-building projects in those regions.

COMMUNITY GIVING GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA: We understand there are many great initiatives both in our local community and beyond, but practicality dictates that we focus our community work. If you would like to be considered for one of RC Design’s community projects, click here and download our application. On this page, you’ll see whether your project fits our giving focus and learn about the information required for consideration. Again, based on our priorities and focus we are unfortunately not able to meet the needs of all applicants. However for those community partners we do select, we work in close collaboration in order to develop the most effective design strategies.

Please note that our contributions primarily consist of in part or whole creative contributions versus monetary donations or sponsorships.

RC DESIGN COMMUNITY GIVING FOCUS AREAS: Each support request must fall into at least one of the following focus areas. These areas are: growing the next generation by helping youth grow in mind, body and spirit, and building stronger communities through civic, arts & cultural activities. We believe these two areas enrich our communities and encourage personal growth.

CHILDREN & YOUTH: RC Design promotes and supports programs that help children and youth meet their full potential. We believe that confident, capable and educated young people are better equipped to face the challenges of the future. We know that by investing in children and youth today, we are safeguarding healthy communities tomorrow. Primarily we give our support to programs that advocate for local youth by using art as a tool for development.

COMMUNITY BUILDING, ARTS & CULTURE: RC Design understands that being civically engaged and culturally involved contributes to personal growth and helps people lead more satisfying lives. Satisfied individuals yield stronger communities. We recognize the value of contributing to the fabric of our community and give special consideration to the regions of Newmarket and Aurora, where we are located.
